We built TraceLever inside HACKTICS, our agency, because we wanted a better way to connect the marketing we were running to what happened later inside the CRM.

TraceLever integrates directly with your GoHighLevel account and sub-accounts via API and webhook tracking. It automatically connects web visitor journeys, ad click IDs, and form submissions to the exact contacts, opportunities, and won deals inside your CRM pipeline.

Which ad platforms and traffic sources are supported?
TraceLever tracks Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Organic search, and direct referral traffic, capturing full UTM attribution from initial click to closed CRM revenue. TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads on the roadmap.
How does the 30% affiliate commission work?
When you recommend TraceLever to other agencies or clients, you earn 30% of each referred customer's subscription for their first 24 paid months. Commissions are paid out monthly with clear reporting in your agency dashboard. We use Referly for our affiliate program and will provide more details once you're a founding member.
Is there any long-term contract or setup fee?
No. There are zero setup fees and no long-term contracts. Your founding rate is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I manage multiple client accounts under one agency login?
Yes. The Founding Agency plan includes up to 10 active client accounts with centralized agency-level reporting, custom client views, and individual sub-account attribution.
What happens when our clients ask for revenue proof?
TraceLever gives you an agency view and shareable client reports that clearly display ad spend, deals won, total closed revenue, and exact ROI, eliminating ambiguous lead count disputes.
